Supporting a comprehensive solution to California’s     water needs, including integrated actions to address         conflicts in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta
Fixing the Sacramento-San Joaquin Bay Delta is one of California's most challenging public policy and natural resource issues. The Water Fix Coalition is committed to supporting and implementing a comprehensive, statewide program of actions to achieve the two co-equal goals of ecosystem restoration and water supply reliability, while protecting and enhancing the Delta as an evolving place. Coalition participants are working together to address key conflicts and prompt action and progress to secure California's economic and environmental future.

News About a California Water Fix

Please Note: The California Water Fix Coalition is not affiliated with and has not taken a position on the Bay-Delta Conservation Plan Alternative 4A, which the Governor’s Administration has now called the "California Water Fix."

The Coalition began meeting in 2013 to discuss and develop principles for a comprehensive set of actions to address California's water and ecosystem challenges. Improved Delta conveyance is one component of a larger water fix for California. Coalition participants have differing views on the preferred approach for improving Delta conveyance. See the Principles page for more information.
